Housekeeping Runner - Second Shift

Job Description
The Housekeeping/Runner is a critical member of the housekeeping team, responsible for providing support to housekeepers and ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.
In this exciting role, you will:
Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas.
Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently.
Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
Stock linen closets and other storage areas.
Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment.
Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in training of team members.
Respond to owner or guest complaints in a professional and timelymanner.
Help complete projects as needed.
Assist other departments or areas when and where needed.
