Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transport &
stock supplies at designated location throughout property
Clean, dust, sanitize and polish.
Sweep, mop and/or vacuum.
Trash removal and receptacle maintenance
Collect waste materials and process accordingly (recycle, compost, landfill, special handling)
Interior cleaning – offices, restrooms, and breakrooms, etc.
Exterior cleaning – walkways, stairwells, escalators, elevators, restrooms, perimeter roadway, wood decks, etc.
Rate:
$19.07 / hour
This is a union position.
