Housekeeper

Responsibilities
Professionally clean and maintain Grand Welcome properties
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing and sanitizing all surfaces, replacing linens, making all beds, etc.
Clean under and behind furniture
Laundry at the home, if needed (minimal)
Identify and note any damages to homes.
Create maintenance work orders, as necessary
Collect and remove trash and debris
Meet and maintain Housekeeping and Sanitizing requirements
Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
Attend all mandatory individual and team meetings
Other responsibilities as assigned
RESPONSABILIDADES DE TRABAJO:
Limpieza y mantenimiento profesional de las propiedades de Grand Welcome
Barrer, trapear, pasar aspiradora, quitar polvo, lavar y desinfectar las superficies, replazar la ropa de cama
Limpieza abajo y atras de muebles
Lavar en la propiedad, si es necesario (minimo)
Identificar y anotar cualquier dano a las propiedades
Crear ordenes de mantenimiento, cuando sea necesario
Vaciar los botes de basura
Mantener requerimientos de limpieza y desinfeccion
Reponer los articulos consumibles como jabon y productos de papel
Assistir todas las reuniones individuales y del equipo.

Requirements
Two (2) or more years of experience
Reliable transportation
Weekend availability
Attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 lbs
