Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for greeting and seating residents and guests in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. This position reports to the Dining Services Manager and/or other staff person assigned by the Director of Dining Services. Essential Functions:
- Seat and greet residents with a friendly and welcoming attitude in a timely manner in accordance with Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. - Assist wait staff and bussers in serving, bussing and resetting tables. - Report any resident concerns to the Dining Services Manger immediately. - Complete all side work as assigned. - Attend all training in-service seminars and pre-shift meetings. - Assist in special events. - Perform all duties in adherence to Senior Lifestyle Corporation standards. - Strive to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices. - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and coworkers. - Adhere to all policies and procedures of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. - Perform other duties as assigned.
