As a Staffing Sales Representative at Talent Source, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will leverage your sales expertise and industry knowledge to understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market or territory.
Conduct research to understand client industries, trends, and staffing needs.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote Talent Source and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving staffing requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement.
Anticipate client needs and proactively propose solutions to address staffing challenges.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct thorough assessments of client staffing needs and requirements.
Recommend appropriate staffing solutions, including temporary staffing, direct placements, and project-based staffing.
Provide expert advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
Customize proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of Talent Source's services.
Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Track key performance metrics, such as sales targets, revenue forecasts, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on exceeding targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
