Hospitalist Physician - Ltac - Private Group

Korzen Health has been retained to help recruit an additional Hospitalist Physician to a Growing Private Hospitalist Group in the Morgantown, WV area!
The group has 3 facilites that it covers within the area.
Some of the highlights include:
- All admissions to the Hospitalist will be from the group, so you will not have any unassigned ED visits.
- Currently 7on/7off model Night call covered by mid-levels. This will be a flexible day-time schedule, where you can be off campus on call if needed.
- Workload is divided and will be equitable with the providers, you will have full mid-level support.
- There are NO procedures. ICU is open and staffed with a full-time intensivist team. You and your team will work in Long Term Acute Care Facility.
- All providers are local and live in the area, so you will be part of a dedicated team.
- Partnership track included within the group. We are primed for growth!
Compensation:
Base Salary, then you will have a bonus.
Benefits:
- Medical and Dental benefits are fully covered by the group for the providers. Sign On and Relocation offered.
- Base plus bonus potential. Provider can make up to 400K in the 1st year.
