Advisacare Home Health is currently accepting resumes for a full-time Home Health Care Intake coordinator to join our team !
Our home health care division is growing !!! This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated well organized individual!

The preferred candidate will be experienced in home health care, insurance verification, and have excellent time management, written &
communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for obtaining detailed and accurate benefit information using multiple websites to obtain insurance verification
Daily tracking of patient census, hospitalizations and communication with physician offices and or referral sources
Daily/continuous monitoring of orders to be processed for signature
Ability to think critically and act independently
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
Will require one weekend in rotation as Referral Intake On Call once training is completed and is included in the salary offer
Requirements
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Knowledge of Home health care preferred but not required
Knowledge of insurance verification preferred but not required
Knowledge of Wellsky/Kinnser EMR is preferred but not required
Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and attention to detail
Optimal candidate will demonstrate patience, flexibility and be a cooperative team player
Effective verbal and written communication skills with others both internally and externally
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel preferred but not required
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of one (1) year Home health care experience preferred but not required
