AdvisaCare is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal care services to our patients in the Traverse City and surrounding areas.

Requirements
High School Graduate or GED
Reliable transportation
Valid Driver’s License
Experience with hands on patient care
Work in a team responsibly and independently
Good communication skills
Ability to travel within the service area
Ability to pass drug screen/Clear background check
Ability to work 12 hour shifts between the hours of 8PM-8AM OR 8AM-8PM
Ability to work every other weekend
