Hog Supervisory Role

Prestage Farms is looking for a Hog Loader Foreman to assist and supervise in the loading of hogs for market by performing the following duties, among others.
Responsibilities
Supervise the loading of market swine
Open gates and move marked swine to the truck driver and holding area according to instructions
Adjust loading ramp and assist truck driver when backing his or her vehicle
Supervise the clean up of truck, cutting boards, boots, etc
Responsible for the accountability of daily paperwork
Requirements
Must have a valid Driver's License Class C and have a satisfactory MVR (motor vehicle record)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence
The ability to speak effectively before groups of growers, visitors, or employees of our organization would be helpful
Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
