Hiring manager will address and manage all office staffing needs, identifying and hiring new talent for positions throughout the company, including salaried staff, management, salespeople and assistants. Applicants are generally college graduates looking for office positions in real estate and finance. Hiring manager will write and disseminate job descriptions, locating and pursuing qualified candidates, and manage the application process including preliminary applicant interviews, review of references and the selection of the candidates with the best qualifications and characteristics.
