Strategically analyze the market and craft a distinctive value proposition for the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT)
Align operations with the transportation market sector business plan.
Accelerate business development through strategic initiatives and innovation
Assist clients in navigating funding opportunities.
Leadership:
Direct design teams, project managers, and business development efforts.
Implement strategic pursuits, staffing decisions, and resource changes.
