High-Volume Interviewer / Recruiter (Seasonal)

Job Description
High-Volume Interviewer needed for a remote, project-based (seasonal) W2 role. The project is expected to run through January 2025, and if successful, you will have an opportunity to return in June 2025 for the following season.
You will be asked to interview 7+ applicants per day – interview guides are provided.
Who You Are:
You are an excellent judge of character and highly personable.
You are computer savvy and learn new software programs easily.
You don’t mind repetitive work and are extremely detail-oriented.
You are comfortable on video and have a quiet place to work.
You manage your stress level and remain calm under pressure.
You excel working as part of a team, and can also work independently.
