Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Support for one of our clients

Help Desk Support

Columbus, OH ( onsite)
Duration:
Long Term Contract
Job/Skill requirement:
Experience in the IT field, preferably in a help desk environment.
A+ and/or Network+ certifications or the equivalent experience
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred but not required
Prior experience assisting a cloud migration preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, MSOffice Products, etc.
