Head Of Preservation: Floral Preservation Manager

This is a full time, on-site role for our Head of Preservation. As a crucial leader of our team, you will be primarily responsible for leading a team of skilled preservation specialists, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the overall production process, and mastery of floral preservation processes.
Requirements
Carefully prepare and press flowers using specialized techniques to best maintain their color, shape, and structure.
Provide leadership training and feedback to the local preservation team, ensuring that the team works cohesively towards common goals.
Maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the final pressed flower products meet the company's high standards of excellence.
Act as a primary and trusted point of contact within your department, mitigating conflict when it arises in a prompt and compassionate manner.
