Role purpose:
Identifying, developing, and managing partnerships and strategic alliances that drive our company's growth and market expansion.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for creating and managing strategic partnerships and alliances.
Identify potential partners and negotiate agreements that align with the company’s strategic objectives and financial goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand &
customer, product, market intelligence, sales, and legal, to execute partnership agreements and initiatives.
Manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial exploration through negotiation, launch, and ongoing partner management.
Drive business development activities and identification of new business opportunities.
Lead the team responsible for the execution of strategies and initiatives related to partnerships and business development.
Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring that objectives are met and proposing adjustments, as necessary.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking events to enhance business development efforts.
Prepare and present regular reports on the progress and results of strategic alliances and business development activities to the executive team.
Work closely with senior leadership to align the strategic partnerships with the company's longterm goals
