The Role:
The Head of Commercial, Retail &
Education is a pivotal role in the development and delivery of the LATAM launch and expansion plan. Reporting to the Brand Director LATAM &
TR Americas, this role will be responsible for the commercial planning (including all budgeting and cost control), external trading relationships, business development, and retail execution of the region, across domestic and TR markets. Highly numerate, customer-centric and passionate about performance, the ideal candidate for this role is has an entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative style, driving results through relationships and leadership.
Role Accountabilities:
Commercial
Drive ambitious, profitable and sustainable growth across the region by shaping and executing a strategic plan across the region, including new markets and market-leading LFL growth, aiming for #1 beauty rankings across every territory and every store
Partner directly with Head of Marketing &
Communications, proposeand deliver disruptive trade and brand activations across retailers and across categories, to generate awareness and sales opportunities
Undertake all business development and joint business planning across the regions, building collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with key retail partners and TR operators
Lead and deliver all budgeting and forecasting cycles, including meticulous management of retail and net sales performance and landing
In close collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain, optimize S&
OP and financial forecasting processes to deliver high forecast accuracy and inventory targets
Retail Management
Engage, inspire and lead the field organization to deliver CT artistry and sales standards across all stores
Be the advocate and champion for customer facing initiatives to drive awareness and acquisition
Working closely with global retail leadership, harmonize retail processes and initiatives, such as incentivization, education strategies and cast engagement (including gratis and rotating artist best practice)
Education &
Artistry
Through a dedicated and passionate team of trainers, ensure clear talent mapping, development pathways and education programs across all categories are in place across the field population
Be advocate of the consumer facing sales and education journey, cascade ideas and feedback to elevate our best-in-class service
Deliver the eventing strategy for the region, borrowing from best practice in other regions and personalizing activities to suit markets across the LATAM territory
Partner with Global Education to evolve educational content, tools and assessment measures, ensuring field teams have the best tools for their teams and customers
Requirements
Experience:
Extensive commercial experience in the beauty industry, with desired Omni Channel experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Management preferred.
Software Skills:
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Demonstrated success in developing winning teams and fostering talent.
Strategic Thinking:
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

Base Salary Range:
$160,000-$170,000
