As a Harley-Davidson Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, creating a fun and memorable shopping experience, and driving sales of our premium Motorclothes and accessories.

Responsibilities:
Engage with customers and provide outstanding assistance in finding the perfect Harley-Davidson gear and accessories
Upsell and cross-sell related merchandise to enhance the customer's riding experience
Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment
Communicate promotions and new merchandise to customers
Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry
Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and knowledge of Motorclothes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Basic computer skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
