Handyman/Carpenter

Seeking highly motivated professional Handymen/Handywoman with skills in multiple trades. If you are looking for a W2 position that allows you the flexibility of an independent job, look no further! We have both full-time and part-time openings, and can be flexible based on what you are looking for!
We have tons of work to keep you busy year-round, and offer between $27 and $32 per hour to start, depending on experience.

Requirements
We are looking for Handymen/Craftsmen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Flooring, Fencing, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman;
estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
Own a wide variety of hand and power tools
Willing to travel daily to (or live in) Minneapolis
Comfortable with a Pre-Employment Background Check
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a craftsman to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ability to work a minimum of 8 working hours each workday
Ability to adjust, lift, push and pull heavy objects a minimum of 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel and balance regularly
Ability to do ladder/step work which could include carrying ladders, scaffolding and walking up/down stairs
Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts
Contact with sharp, hot and/or very cold supplies and equipment
Must maintain safety procedures at all times to prevent work injuries
