Join our dynamic team as a Group Rooms Manager and become the maestro of group bookings and events within our exceptional establishment. As leader of the Group Rooms Operations team, you’ll oversee the Group Sales Coordinator to ensure group business is accurately executed and guest satisfaction is achieved. In addition, you’ll support the Director of Revenue Strategy to help maximize revenues and meet business objectives.

The Group Rooms Manager oversees the Group Rooms Operations and effectively manages the housing needs between the group contacts and the resort.
Act as the main point of contact for group organizers, addressing their queries and concerns.
Must effectively execute contractual obligations with a sense of urgency while establishing lasting working relationships with clients.
Responsible for addressing any internal and external challenges to mitigate potential client/guest impact.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand group requirements and negotiate terms and conditions.
Efficiently handle the booking process, including room allocations, rates, and contract agreements.
Provide detailed information about the venue's facilities and services to meet group needs.
Effectively communicate group details and special requests to relevant departments and ensure seamless coordination.
Assist with accurate preparation and distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports (pace, segmentation, etc.).
Ensuring all group blocks are loaded &
bookable, and inventorymanagement is correct across all distribution channels.
Perform regular rate audits and maintenance on all systems (PMS, CRS, RMS, sales and catering, channel managers) to ensure content and information is correct.
Work collaboratively with the Director of Revenue Strategy to support an effective revenue strategy and culture
Targeted compensation range $70,000 - $75,000
