Grounds Maintenance

Job Description
The Lawn Maintenance Technician will perform all tasks necessary to maintain grounds of property in a visually pleasing well-kept appearance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Cuts grass, trims shrubs, hedges and trees, fertilize plants, control weed growth apply mulch, etc.
Observe all company safety rules and be familiar with material safety data sheet (MSDS) for all chemicals used.
Apply chemical product according to manufacturer’s instructions for safe use.
Removes trash resulting from landscaping/grounds keeping work and all refuse found on grounds.
Maintains all equipment and tools in good working order.
Perform all other grounds/lawn maintenance tasks as required by lead or property manager.
Perform general maintenance tasks as necessary.
Assist maintenance personnel.
Pressure wash sidewalks
Completes daily logs and submits to Landscape Supervisor daily
Must comply with all CFI policies and procedures.
Must represent CFI in a professional manner through appearance, dress and professional behavior at all times, as dictated in the Team Member’s Handbook.
Must work diligently to gain knowledge and experience to execute their role to its full potential.
Other duties as assigned by Corporate Facilities leadership.
