Join Link Snacks, Inc. as a Graphic Designertoworkas part our Marketing Creative Services teamto support and steward all Links Snacks brands. This role will focus on graphic design and graphic production for a range of projects and deliverables.
As a Graphic Designer, youwill develop creative designs based on brand standards, marketing strategies, and outlined specifications. Working under the direction of a Sr. Graphic Designer,you will take ownership of design development to create marketing assets that will drive results! You will be accountable for being a steward of the brand guidelines and company values. Specifically, you will work acrossthese areas:
Graphic Design– Create and design original pieces to support the day-to-day graphic projects which include a wide range of marketing materials, including, but not limited to logos, product guides, product displays, infographics, and digital content creation for e-commerce, social, and digital. As part of the Marketing’s Creative Services team, you will collaborate with our external creative agencies and internal teams to make creative designs that will drive brand engagement and growth. This role will support the development of branding systems and associated brand guidelines and templates.
Graphic Production – Follow specifications for precise mechanical file work. Develop pre-press ready files for print production. Contribute and lead revisions to improve existing assets. Photo re-touching and editing. Image cropping and re-sizing. Work with and understand a variety of production processes and print methods for various branded applications.
Asset Execution– Responsible for facilitating revisions and feedback from internal and external cross-functional partners. Work collaboratively to effectively communicate marketing initiatives and design project status as part of a service-orientated function. Create individual assets as directed as well as extendable self-serve design templates to service the organization. Collaborate with design agency partners and freelancers. Manage in-house printing and trimming as needed.
Content Management– Responsible for archiving final files within established guardrails. Work with necessary teams to oversee smooth implementation of new content. Tag archived files with appropriate meta data.
Planning and Management- Responsibly meet established deadlines, manage, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Work collaboratively as a member of the marketing team and cross-functionally to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines. Contribute in the development of the Creative Services team to achieve goals and objectives.
