Our ideal Graphic Design candidate will be a creative, self-motivated individual with an incredible visual sense, a passion for great design, and a willingness to grow.

Essential Job Functions:
Demonstrate the ability to lead a project from conception to finalization while managing brand consistency.
Ability to create a variety of high-quality designs/motion graphics and ads for:

Pinterest
Website
Packaging
Print
Email
Strong working knowledge of design principles to strategically use different elements to convey intended messages, composition, components, and concepts.
Ability to generate new and original ideas within the parameters of stated objectives.
Excellent communication skills and willingness to work through feedback productively.
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
An in-depth understanding of what makes our brand unique while bringing it to life through consistent logo usage, colors, typography, illustration, photography, graphic elements, and more.
Ability to make subjective decisions regarding subject matter and projects.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Mac OS, and production skills.
Willingness to grow and learn while working closely with a tight-knit team that holds each other accountable, works hard, respects each other, shows up, and brings fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements
Robust design portfolio with proof of your work and skills.
Proficient in MAC operating systems + Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator is a must).
Strong work ethic and accountability - assign your tasks and manage workload appropriately.
Self-motivated - track hours and breaks on your own time.
Bonus Skills (willingness to learn):
Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and UX/UI design.
Photography and photo editing.
Proofreading experience and familiarity with copywriting.
Social media posting + creation.
Email flows &
campaigns.
Benefits
Competitive pay starts at $28 - $30/hr DOE with the ability to move up quickly to a salaried position with hard work and proven effort.

1-2 DAYS OFF:
Please give at least two weeks' notice so the team can plan for your absence.

Please give at least a month's notice so the team can plan for your absence.
Flexible hybrid work hours with at least one day a week in person:
We trust our employees to fulfill 40 hours a week on their schedule.
As this is an hourly position, we will provide a clock-in/out system.
When working for more than 5 hours in one stretch, a 30-minute break is mandatory.
We request that you have a semi-set schedule each week with FOUR consecutive hours a day so we can schedule meetings and reach you consistently.
In the beginning, as you are training, we will require you to be in person more.
