Global Npi Excellence Lead

What will you be doing?
Drive importance of positioning/placement excellence in NPI launch process ensuring product market fit is achieved.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&
D, marketing, sales, andsupply chain, to ensure our processes enable seamless product launch excellence
Work closely with Territory PS and commercial team to maximize NPI Success and to collect information for further process improvement.
Identify technology opportunities to streamline leverage of NPI varieties across geographies and customer segments.
Evolve the organization's mindset from a New Product Introduction to a New Offer Introduction approach, pivoting from a product-centric to a customer-centric perspective
Design a process that will allow to Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of new product introductions by using tools and KPI's. Work closely with Territory PS and commercial teams to maximize NPI success and to collect information for further process improvement.
Collaborate on pilots with Brand &
Customer Experience teams to document best practices around NOI’s that ensure the full spectrum of the customer offer is integrated and aligned with the product launch.
Lead the development of training programs that equip sales and marketing teams with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate the full value of the offer to customers, fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization.
