Experience with IT/IS, preferably in manufacturing (4+ years)
Strong understanding of infrastructure and application support
Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud technology, CRM solutions, and project management tools
Leadership &

Proven ability to develop and deliver IT strategy
Experience managing and leading a team of IS professionals
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication (written &
verbal) and influencingskills
Ability to manage budgets and meet spending targets
Business Acumen:
Experience working with business leaders and understanding their needs
Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
Strong understanding of compliance and security requirements
