About the Role:
We are looking for a Global Creative Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the strategic development and tactical implementation of external creative marketing initiatives that promote Eriez products and services globally, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and products.
The Global Creative Marketing Manager reports to the Vice-President of Global Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Develop, Manage and Execute the Marketing plans by working with an internal team of employees and external agencies to deliver a comprehensive set of tactics promoting Eriez globally including print advertising, product collateral and materials, website, digital marketing, trade shows, social media, video and more
Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging within each region, market, and product segment to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones. Identify opportunities to enhance programs to drive sales growth, increase market share and elevate brand awareness
Establish and track metrics (KPI’s) to monitor performance against corporate goals.Manage and report on annual budgets, monitor expenses and identify cost reduction opportunities as well as new investment options.Use data and analytics to test and optimize campaigns in support of marketing goals
Work closely with the Manager of Global Marketing Communications to ensure alignment with public relations initiatives and internal communications. Establish relationships with external media partners, agencies, internal customers, stakeholders, and peers
Global trade shows:
collaborate with sales and marketing teams to define the strategy, messaging, promotional materials, and equipment within the event requirements. Handle the project management, set up and tear down of selected major trade shows
Perform market, brand and product research as required
Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
10 years of Marketing experience in B2B is required. Marketing experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
Experience managing a marketing budget
A successful track record working across the marketing mix
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed (30%)
