General Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage and supervise all day-to-day operations.
Design strategy and set goals for growth.
Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
Set policies and implement processes.
Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.
Direct the employee assessment process.
Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
Provide solutions to issues (e.G. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Review and define control points within the manufacturing processes and implement them using inspection plans and quality specifications.
Work with operators, inspector(s), customers, suppliers, and Process Engineering on questions or issues that arise from general daily activities.
Maintain knowledge of factory orders daily status and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focusand accuracy while performing highlydetailed work.
Ability to produce quality work under pressure.
Familiarity with FMEA, C&
E Matrix, Detail Processand Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, and Error Proofing tools
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:
2015 and AS9100A.
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, including statistical data analysis and interpretation, as well as the ability to develop, implement, and drive improvement plans and project teams to successful completion.
Strong background in the use and understanding of key quality and manufacturing performance metrics.
Strong communication skills in English-verbal &
written, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
Education:
·BS, Business, Management, or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
·In lieu of above, 6-10 years of technical work experience in electronics manufacturing/engineering or related field.
Experience:
·Prior experience working within printed circuit board (PCB) or electronics manufacturing environments.
3-5+ years of experience as a Manager or Supervisor
