WHAT YOU'LL DO:
You oversee the operation of a single store. From the hiring, leading and directing of team members to achieving financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, it is up to you to make your store a success.
Don’t Worry! As a Fast Track Operating Partner, you will learn every aspect of our business over a six-to-eight-week period to take over your own store location.(Location Placement Varies)
Thisis a fast-track role for High Performers who want their own store as quickly as possible.
