Job Description
AIR Communities is hiring a General Manager for our large Luxury property located in the Cultural District of Center City, Philadelphia! This 940+ unit asset has a mix of commercial and residential spaces and is listedon the National Registry of Historic Places. The location offers a robust and award-winning art program that includes rotational exhibits, engaging artist talks, and hands-on workshops, along with an extensive permanent collection featuring 150 artworks from over 110 artists.

A bit more about what you’ll do…
Lead and develop a team of at least 4direct reports
Provide exemplary service to residents and team members
Responsible for the property budget, increasing revenue, and achievement of operational and financial goals
Manage leasing and maintenance team members, facilitates leasing activities, revenue growth, resident satisfaction as well as adherence to legal standards and company policies.
