General Laborer

We are seeking a hardworking and dependable individual to join our team as a General Laborer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction, manufacturing, or other projects as needed. Duties may include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Cleaning and preparing job sites.
- Digging trenches, pouring concrete, or assisting with other construction tasks.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing equipment, or cleaning facilities.
- Following all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
