General Laborer

Wage:
$17 - $19/hr. depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday:
7:
00 a.M.
- 3:
30 p.M.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Read, evaluate and respond to product specifications, drawings and perform normal mathematical calculations
Safely operate shop equipment – power and hand tools (i.E. chop saws, drill presses, iron worker, punch machine, disc grinders, belt sanders and hand drills.)
Gather parts, subassemblies, tools and materials;
verify specifications
Assemble components, resolving assembly problems
Maintain safe and clean environment with operational equipment and stocked supplies
Contribute to team effort to meet the production schedule

Qualifications:
On time and consistent work attendance
Strong work ethic with pride in work being produced
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to stand and walk for 8-10 hour shifts
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and engage in frequent bending, pushing and lifting
