1 Resource Group, is seeking Order Pickers for our client for contact needs in Hampstead, MD. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking and packing customer orders in a warehouse setting. This is a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail and physical stamina.

Responsibilities
Utilize picking lists to locate and retrieve items from the warehouse
Ensure accuracy of picked items by double-checking against order information
Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to specific guidelines
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to move and transport items
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily order fulfillment targets
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
$15.00-$17.00 hr
Requirements
Previous experience as an Order Picker or similar role is preferred
Ability to read and understand picking lists and order information
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of picked items
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy loads
Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, is a plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic computer skills for order tracking and inventory management
High school diploma or equivalent
