This is an entry-level position offering a competitive starting wage of $15.50 per hour. But wait, there's more! We value our employees and provide a $2.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the manufacturing of various hose products, including firefighting, large diameter industrial, and agricultural hoses
Operate machinery, following safety guidelines and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
Maintain and clean work areas and equipment to ensure optimal performance
Perform quality tests on finished products, ensuring they meet our high standards
Collaborate with the team and follow instructions from supervisors
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to use gauges, tools, and read specs and charts
Experience operating machinery is a plus, but not required - we provide on-the-job training!
Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work orders and complete paperwork
Positive work ethic and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
