Gen Ai Solution Architect

As a GenAI Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced chatbot solutions that leverage Generative AI technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and clients, to create conversational agents that meet business requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences. Your expertise in AI, natural language processing (NLP), chatbot frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps will be instrumental in shaping the future of our AI-driven products.
Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable and robust chatbot solutions using Generative AI technologies.
Lead the development and integration of chatbot applications with backend systems and external services.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers, guiding them in best practices, methodologies, and technologies.
Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define features and optimize AI models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Establish best practices for testing, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
Engage with clients to understand requirements, present solutions, and provide ongoing support.
Stay updated with advancements in AI, NLP, MLOps and chatbot technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of overall experience, with 2+ years in designing and developing chatbot solutions using Generative AI technologies.
Good in Object Oriented Programming and SQL
Hands on experience in Python scientific computing eco-system (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn and matplotlib etc)
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) concepts and ML lifecycle.
Handson experience on AI modelling strategies including Fine tuning LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering etc.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java or similar.
Experience with chatbot frameworks and platforms (e.G., Rasa, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework).
Experience of working with modern LLM based libraries/Framework such as LangChain, autogen etc.
Experience of working with cloud services (e.G., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Good Knowledge of distributed &
parallelization framework and tools (Spark, Dask, Ray etc)
Proven experience in productionizing AI/ML use cases/models, including deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
