About the team:
The Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Development Team helps drive technology innovation and transformation of the organization’s core financial system applications and platforms. We work with FP&
A, Financial Reporting/Data teams, and other business partners to design, develop, and implement Oracle EPM solutions in an effort to streamline processes and remove barriers across Finance and the broader business. Our goal is to provide consistent and reliable system capabilities in support of critical business processes with the solutions we implement.
What you will be doing:
Performs analyses of the business goals, objectives and needs of the general business environment for appropriate Worldpay segment, division, group or line of business.

Plans and designs business processes and make recommendations and changes in order to improve and support business systems and activities and/or to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
Utilizes systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner. Systems such as Oracle EPBCS, Hyperion Essbase, Narrative Reporting, Alteryx, &
the general Oracle Suite.
What you bring:
Bachelors degree in Finance or related field, will consider equivalent amount of experience in lieu of the degree
At least one year of experience analyzing business goals, objectives and needs of the business environment
At least one year of experience using any of the following systems:
Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, Narrative Reporting or Alteryx

The pay range for this full-time position is $65,440.00 - $(phone number removed) and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
