Full Time Dishwasher Bishop Gadsden, located on James Island, SC is searching for Dishwashers! The of our Utility/ Dishwasher position is to complete tasks related to the cleaning of equipment and dishes used during food services. Our Utility team members keep floors, counters, walls, dish room, and service area immaculately clean and in order. Keep floors, counters, walls, dish room, and service area immaculately clean and in order. Use cleaning and sanitizing agents according to directions and general principles of safety and sanitation. Clean and put away all dishes and pans in an efficient and safe manner. Remove trash to dumpster and replace trash can liners. Break down boxes and place in correct bin. Complete the tasks of advance preparations as needed. Work independently with proper direction. Check and record temperatures as needed to successfully complete required duties. Assist with proper and sanitary food storage at close of meal service. Perform all duties assigned in an effective, timely, and professional manner. High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to work in a high volume environment with little or no supervision Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to stand, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. ( /-) Interpersonal skills are necessary for exchanging information as well as maintaining a courteous relationship with the residents, families, visitors and team members.
