Full Time Assistant Store Manager - Daily Thread - Blowing Rock

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives, customer service standards and operational goals. Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager to achieve daily, weekly, monthly and annual sales targets.
Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
Ensure an efficient and profitable operation by supervising and managing staff.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with customers, assessing their needs, and providing solutions and recommendations.
Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed and adhered to.
Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
Passion for fashion with a deep understanding of current trends.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, effective decisions.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
