We are looking for entry-level or experiencedrecruiters to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and have a passion for helping people find jobs. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for a variety of positions. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients and developing a network of contacts.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
Build relationships with clients and develop a network of contacts
Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates
Close deals and ensure that candidates are successfully placed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma orBachelor's degree in business or related field
1-2 years of experience in recruiting or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based opportunity
There is no limit to your earning potential. You are the creator of your own success
Typical earnings range from $75k to $150k per year, but total earnings are limitless based on your effort and results
