This is a business is great cheaper alternative to bigger tax firms and services that are offered. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you’d be responsible for the accounting process for the company. Monday through Thursday, 9 a.M. to 5 p.M.
3-day weekends!
Up to $25/hour, depending on experience

Essential Duties and Activities:
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, collecting and processing payroll
Invoicing customers and clients, entering invoices into the correct system accounts
Processing employees pay, including taxes and compensation, and reporting to the government
Preparing monthly and quarterly taxes, to then be submitted to a CPA for review, advice, and processing
Maintaining accuracy of the general ledger
Preparing bank statements

Qualifications:
Three plus years of bookkeeping experience
Relevant work experience in accounting or auditing
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Must have driver’s license and clean driving record
