XperiencOps, Inc. is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our Customer Operations team. This role is critical in developing and maintaining solutions that enhance our customer support experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on automating and optimizing systems and processes to improve efficiency and user engagement.
Responsibilities:
Solution Development:
Develop and maintain full-stack solutions that support customer operations, ensuring a robust and user-friendly experience for both internal users and external customers.
Automation and Optimization:
Automate and optimize the documentation site using Docusaurus and GitHub events, ensuring that updates are seamlessly integrated and accessible in real-time.
Collaboration with Documentation Team:
Work closely with the documentation team to implement automation features that enhance the efficiency and reliability of content delivery.
Tool Development:
Design and develop tools and applications that facilitate the operations of the customer operations team, enhancing their ability to support customers effectively.
Technical Support and Development:
Collaborate with the customer operations team to understand their technical needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance their operational efficiency.
System Maintenance:
Maintain and enhance internal systems to ensure high availability, security, and a user-friendly experience for both customers and employees.
Technology Integration:
Continuously assess and integrate new technologies and tools to improve operational and support processes, keeping XperiencOps at the forefront of innovation in customer and operational support.
Domain Knowledge:
Acquire and utilize XperiencOps domain knowledge to effectively triage customer support queries before escalating to engineering teams, ensuring accurate and efficient issue resolution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of projects that demonstrate skills in both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proficiency in technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.Js, Python, and databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Experience with Docusaurus, GitHub, and other relevant tools for documentation and code management.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Location:
This position is based in our East Bay, Pleasanton, CA office and requires onsite presence.
