ViaSun Corporation is seeking a friendly and organized Front Office Administrator to join our team. As a Front Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key responsibilities:
Welcome and greet visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports.
Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional and pleasant demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Requirements
Prior experience as a Front Office Administrator or similar role is preferred.
