This is an internship position and an exciting opportunity to get real-world job experience with a start-up company. Your role as a Front End Development Intern will involve executing the design for the Gyst Audio product roadmap for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Candidate will work closely with the core team to design, develop, test, and iterate on the human interfaces to the Gyst Audio portal for the all parties involved.
Creating and converting high fidelity designs into code prototyping tool of your choosing.
Assist with creating Desktop and Mobile UI Web components
Build responsive applications using front-end frameworks
Test components to ensure usability
Collaborate with team members from various departments and disciplines
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments audio creation and delivery.

Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize
Strong attention to detail
Ability to think and strategize on a broad scale beyond immediate responsibilities
Tech savvy and great at figuring out new things
Understanding of semantic web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
Knowledge in mobile and responsive web design and development
Knowledge using CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
Knowledge using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Visual Studio
Previous experience in a similar audio engineering role.
