Front Desk Receptionist
Established construction company has an Immediate Need for a customer service oriented Front Desk Receptionist.The Front Desk Receptionist selected will report to the Office Manager, and could possibly start as early as Monday, June 14th.
Duties of the Front Desk Receptionist:
Greeting outside visitors upon arrival in a professional manner.
Answering multi-line telephone system and transferring to appropriate staff member.
Responding to general information inquires over the phone, email, and in-person.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
Mail processing, scanning, data entry, and other office functions.
Additional office and administrative functions as requested by management.
The Ideal Front Desk Receptionist will have the following:
The ideal Front Desk Receptionist will have 1+ years of experience in reception or front desk.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
The ideal Front Desk Receptionist will have strong customer service skills.
