POS and cash handling - helping each customer at the register Strong Customer Service:
Must be positive and welcoming Verify customers have the appropriate ID’s each visit Provide new customers with in depth introduction about Plantacea, procedures and company policies Ensure the cleanliness of the front waiting area, receptionist area and restroom throughout the day. Duties will include light “housekeeping” such as:
light window cleaning, vacuuming, keeping restroom tidy and clean through-out the day Interact with customers on site as well as over the phone, making sure we provide the utmost respectful service to the customers as possible to make sure they are happy and well taken care of Taking detailed messages and forwarding to proper staff/management. Retrieving phone messages and forwarding to proper staff/management. Informing manager when front desk supplies are low Reporting all patient incidents/complaints of any kind in a timely manner to manager on site. Complete all tasks delegated by the supervising manager At Plantacea, we believe in continuing education. We contract consultants, educators and speakers to educate our staff on cannabis knowledge and social awareness. Plantacea will provide job training, workshops, and classes for free and will pay staff for attending classes
