We are looking for individuals to help us provide a welcoming environment in our Global Headquarters in the West Loop, Chicago. This is an on-site role (Monday – Friday) from 6:
45a-5:

There are two main components of the Front Desk Coordinator / Guest Experience Leader (GEL) role - receptionist and concierge.
Responsibilities
Warmly welcome visitors and employees to our Global Headquarters or toHamburger University.
Assist visitors in obtaining visitor badges to enter the office areas.
Provide visitors and/oremployees with information about daily meetings or events.
Assist visitors in downloading and navigating our mobile app.
Answer any visitor questions, including regarding travel, restaurant recommendations and where they can store their luggage.
Direct visitors to restrooms, beverage service, and other building amenities.
Help with wayfinding within the building.
Provide administrative support, as needed.
Act as an ambassador for the McDonald's brand.
Serve as the subject matter expert in our visitor management system.
Demonstrate exemplary hospitality skills;
be customer obsessed, displaying a friendly, positive attitude.
