Overview:
Provide excellent customer service and create a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by promoting goods and services, assigning rooms, registering guests, rendering bills, receiving cash/credit payments and comps.
Responsibilities:
- Must welcome, greet, interact and assist guests in a professional manner.
- Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Provide excellent service within the property's service standards and brand attributes.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of guests and limit requests for information pertaining to guests in accordance with hotel policies.
- Provide accurate information regarding rooms, restaurants, casino events, promotions and directions.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma/ GED.
- Ability to operate computers.
- Prefer one (1) year of previous experience working in a similar resort/ hotel setting.
