Job Description
As aFront Desk Agent, you are an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring that every guest's journey begins and ends with a positive and memorable impression of our resort.
As aFront Desk Agent,you will:
Greet, register, and assignrooms to guests
Issueroom key and escort instructions to Bell Staff
Date stamp, sort, and rackincoming mail and message
Transmitand receivetelephone messages
Answer inquiries about hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions
Keeprecords of room availability and guests' accounts
Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests
Make and confirm reservations
Postcharges, such as room, food, liquor, or telephone, to theledger
Makerestaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservationsand arrangetours
Nightly bucket checks
Able to listen and find solutions to guests’ problem
