Fresh Pasta Sales Associate

Job Description
The Fresh Pasta Artisan &
Salesperson has expertise on products and processes at a minimum of two retail stations at an Eataly. An Artisan shares knowledge about products and ingredients with guests and recommends products and portion sizes. Reports to the Fresh Market Manager.
Assists the retail counters with daily operations as needed to ensure counters are running smoothly
Ensures retail supplies are in stock and being utilized properly at all stations
Stocks counter and display refrigerators neatly, accurately and in a timely manner
Slices, weighs, labels, displays, sells and packages products per department standards and guest specifications
Manages transfers between departments to ensure accurate inventory levels and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
Provides a steady presence on the floor, constantly interacting with guests, employees, vendors and visitors
Performs other duties as required or assigned
