Freelance Producer

Ragtag bunch of hooligans seeks a freelance producer to work with our production team on prepping for shoots, assisting on-set and wrapping up post-production.
We produce integrated campaigns for health, wellness and better-for-you food brands. Think snacks, supplements, beverages, recipe content, fun tablescapes and lots of props.

About You:
You haven’t met a problem you couldn’t solve and remain calm when faced with challenges
You can juggle many details at once without missing a beat
You enjoy running errands, from gathering props for a shoot to driving around town with returns
You don’t see an in-house production studio, you see a playground
You are comfortable working outside the traditional structures of the agency model
You are a team player with zero hubris;
you truly vibe off of working with others
Requirements
Must have experience managing the details tied to production (photo and video shoots) across pre-production prep, assisting on set, and project management of post production editing/execution.
Schedule calls and manage communication between vendors, creative team and Director of Production.
Help set up the deck and run pre-pro meetings.
Assist the Director of Production with keeping track of budgets, timelines, talent, props, product and more.
Manage invoicing and talent release forms.
Organize props and style the set.
Welcome talent and food stylists.
Work directly with the Director of Production and creative resources to ensure the right content is captured and the final assets get executed.
Project manage post production timeline and deliverables.
Facilitate transfer of footage/assets to clients.
Clear understanding of a creative agency and navigating many client projects at once.
Comfortable with the uncomfortable - able to handle last minute changes or errands to help the team on set.
Having a car to run errands is preferred.
Passion for wellness brands and social media content creation is a plus.
1+ years hands-on experience working as a producer or project manager is required
Compensation is dependent on experience and production budget. Typical rate is between $25 and $40/hour.
