May perform routine short order cooking duties such as preparing eggs, toast, hamburgers, made-to-order sandwiches. Assist Cafeteria Chef as requested during busy times.
Perform a variety of food preparation duties including cleaning vegetables, slicing deli meats, stocking the salad bar on a daily basis, etc.
Stock beverage coolers, snack racks;
ensure that coffee is made and transferred into the appropriate containers.
Maintain cleanliness of cafeteria serving area and kitchen. Perform dishwashing duties as required.
Set up and deliver a variety of catering orders within the facility, ensuring that product is presented neatly and that appropriate paper products, condiments and utensils are provided. Return to function area to pick up empty containers and unused product and the conclusion of functions.
Perform cashier duties during cafeteria open hours (breakfast and lunch).
