Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison and communicate information between departments and the F&
B management team
Assist the In-Room-Dining department with daily service ensuring quality control &
guest satisfaction
Assist in preparing the tip distribution of In-Room-Dining department
Champion the In-Room-Dining Daily Amenities
Flag VIP &
Long-Stay guests
Input weekly schedules in labor management systems
Design and print menus, plus other F&
B signage and collateral
Champion for OpenTable and the F&
B POS system. Manage reservations platform. Set Up OpenTable Experiences and reservations for holidays and special occasions
Assist Private Dining Coordinator with group bookings and buyouts on occasion
Reply &
accommodate guest special requests
Control common restaurant email inboxes &
relay details to necessary stakeholders
Investigate room charge disputes
Keep record of necessary audit controls adhering to corporate policies
Attend weekly cross-division meetings and distribute notes to F&
B leadership
Other duties as assigned
